Avoid the dishwasher if at all possible. Knives will get knocked and damaged in the dishwasher. Your knives will last longer if you hand wash and dry immediately. We suggest storing your knives in a knife block as opposed to a drawer. It is important to keep them separate from one another to ensure the blades remain damage free.


Be careful when selecting “pull through” sharpeners. Sharpening steels and stones are inexpensive and they don’t take long to learn with practise. A professional sharpener will always give you a lesson to help you keep your knives edge in between professional sharpening.
